The issue was not with the rental location itself but rather the fact that this was not the location I reserved to pickup from. I also was very dissatisfied with the local (206 area code) customer service number. The representative that "helped" me was rude, didn't listen, and kept speaking over me. I called back later and got much better service from the manager that was in that day. In the end its not this locations fault that I got yanked around a bunch the day before I was to pickup my reservation.
Eric NGas station attendant couldn't comprehend that trailer was going to be driven directly to another u-haul location. Never inspected vehicle that was going to be towing the trailer or took any photos before hand.
ANTHONY MHello good morning I picked up a trailer from you few days ago which was on 05-08-2026 and returned 05-09-2026 I can see that you are saying I returned on the 05-11-2026 and charging me $260 for it and my reference #27374938 you better fix it. Thank you They are extorting people from this place
ERICSON IGreat drop off point. Easy to see from the road and the staff quickly unhitched the trailer so we were on our way!
