Very convenient and easy to pickup and drop off. Truck was very clean.
William GThe pick-up went well and the agent was very professional, except she didn't think (nor did I) to check the tail lights. The top left tail light didn't work. It was noticed after I was on the road half way to my destination. All other lights worked correctly. I reported the problem to the drop off agent. The turn signals and brake lights were checked by the pick-up agent.
PAULEUGENE KComputer issues plagued the process. Terry had to try to perform the transaction via multiple devices due to the system computer needing to perform an update in the middle of the transaction. She did her best to complete the transaction as quickly as possible. Your software needs to be tweaked to recognize the occurring transaction and wait for said transaction to be completed before performing any updates. The delay cost me time; a precious commodity we all need to maximize. And when you have people lined up to assist in the moving process, your software update is now wasting THEIR time as well. Computers, mankind's nemesis.
Jeff CWhoever had the vehicle before me left the driver side door unlocked and I had to sweep out the back, looks like they transported peat moss or something of that nature.
