I had a scheduled pickup for 9:00am. I could not access the key. They told me I had to wait until the store opened to be able to get it. That was 2 hours after my schedule pickup. I called U-Haul to cancel my order and had to make the arrangements and I was still charged $41.07.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer was cleaned at the time of pickup. It shouldn't cost the new customer time because the last didn't clean up. The tires were not in a condition that I would have on a trailer I owned for a 1300 mile trip into Arizona, a very hot time of year. Cause for worrying the entire trip.
Ryan STe Toes had me back into a field behind the business which was partially blocked by a food truck, the field was all dry grass and weeds in eastern Wa. With a red flag warnings for fire in 101 degree temperatures
Perry HVery good experience with this vendor. Very helpful, explained things well, and were friendly. The owner was teaching a young man the ropes and was very patient with him. Good to see. The young man was very courteous. I've done business with this location before and will again.
