The trailer was clean, however, not well maintained. The cable that runs from the door up to the spring above it was flopping around and the weatherstripping on the driver side of the trailer was coming off. One of the tires was also severely under inflated when I picked it up. There was only 12 psi of air pressure in it, if I hadn't checked this before my trip, I am fairly certain the tire would have blown with the trailer loaded up.

Gregory HDidn’t get blankets. No help loading trailer to truck and the poor trailer design does not have a tongue jack which is very unsafe and you can throw back out lifting. Trailer said safety is important but no. Inside trailer very slippery with snow. Should have diamond plate floor.

I-Haul SUCKS and I will NEVER rent from you again EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can go fuck yourself!
