When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, there were 2 other UHaul vehicles parked, and so I parked next to them. However, after already submitting photos, the owner told me I, and the previous vehicles, were in the wrong place. The correct place to return the vehicles was a parking lot across the street and down the road from the actual building. There was no signage to indicate this.
Adison CThe drop off location is actually not where it says it is. The owner (?) Told us to drop it off down the street in a different parking lot with some other uhauls. This was a different address than the app and the agreement listed.

BRADLEY BThe trailer was clean, however, not well maintained. The cable that runs from the door up to the spring above it was flopping around and the weatherstripping on the driver side of the trailer was coming off. One of the tires was also severely under inflated when I picked it up. There was only 12 psi of air pressure in it, if I hadn't checked this before my trip, I am fairly certain the tire would have blown with the trailer loaded up.
