In the end it worked out. Signage led me to the back of a large Semi trailer parking lot. Phone the U-Haul number and got a call back within 5 minutes and the fellow came within 3 minutes so all was good. It was a holiday Monday so understandable.

Truck was not ready at scheduled pickup time. There were no equipment that had been ordered (dolly, furniture pads) on the truck. I had to wait for the staff member to attend and provide the key despite being a mobile pickup. More over when I booked, I had booked for Langley but was redirected to Surrey as there wasn't the size truck I needed in Langley. Just calamity after calamity delaying our move and causing undue stress
