Drove 56 KM less than estimated and was charged $89.04 more than initial rental agreement even though it was returned with the same fuel qualntity. Van was not clean, dog hair on seats, dirty cup holders and floor. The parking brake release was bent, left interior side panel detached needed windshield washer fluid and had underinflated tires. Took me an hour before I could start driving.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was able to upgrade from a 10ft to a 15ft bus without hassles and also got a dolly cart. The bus was parked at a tight spot that made it a bit difficult to get out , but overall no issues with the service. I ended up putting more gas into the truck though
Ayobemi OGreat customer service!!
