Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck storage area was freshly painted and the paint was still wet. The black paint got tracked and was a problem for our items. This should not have been rented if it was not dry and ready.
Shane KThe process for mobile pick up of the vehicle and the use of the app was not a seamless experience. Check in took over 45 minutes and the option to preemptively put information in to save time was not available. The app drains the battery so much and was ruining the efficiency of the phone itself. The process of check in within the location itself was good and straightforward. The app definitely needs some looking into.
Janecia CEverything was smooth, no issues.
