Getting into the gate with the gate code was difficult. Then getting into the truck was difficult due to not having access to good internet service at the facility. My suggestion is to send an email with all the instructions to get in and get the keys BEFORE you get to the location. I believe this is a UHaul issue and not the facility where the truck was kept. It took several phone calls to UHaul and one and a half hours to pick up the truck. It was very frustrating. But, truck worked good, was clean and provided the service we rented it for. Return was a little bit easier, but still had to call the owner of the facility to get into the gate because code didn’t show in uhaul website.
