Truck was parked under a tree. Wasn't clean on the outside and had to be rinsed before leaving the lot. Staff was helpful but no bathroom available.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen you think of small town atmosphere in little Sweet Home, Oregon. This is the place! I loved the people that worked there. Great customer service. I will for sure come back!
ADELYNN LVery friendly and informative.
Jamie MThe whole event was a nightmare. I had previously reserved one in Eugene and I got a call the day before we were to pick it up and was told there was nothing available so we had to revert to Sweet home. The cables on the back of the door broke and would not operate correctly. We had to end up driving the U-Haul empty with the back door open.
Leah HVery nice and helpful
