When I rented the trailer I was told I could pick it up the night before. No one told me by doing this it would cost me an extra day, I thought they were just being nice. Also I was told that all the lights were working. Three out of four marker lights were out. I'm not impressed!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGirl at the counter for pick up and drop off was very friendly.
Terry RFreindly, simple and easy place to drop off.
Paul DThe pick up location staff was great and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me after hours when customer service would not.
Stacey FU-Haul needs to equip its employees with the ability to give customers the vehicle that they book at the location. This needs to be dealt with beforehand. It is not the fault of the employee working at the location.
