Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEfficient and no fuss. I do recommend the location
Hywel DVery good service from the u-haul employee. Equipment was ok - box interior was nice and clean.
JAMES OYeah, the Location pick up. I would’ve rather had it where I booked it that would’ve made it more easier for the customer. And then the nonstop back-and-forth about hauling a trailer down here hauling a trailer down for 100 bucks wouldn’t even cover the gas let alone my time. I thought that was quite insulting. I really did your job the lack of actual person checking in and checking out I mean, you should reduce the rates or pay me for that.
Bill FThe drop off location was fine.
