It rained overnight when I had the truck packed, and a lot of the contents got wet! The whole floor of the truck was wet! So when I went to pick up the boxes , everything fell out the bottom! It was very disappointing and made a lot of extra work! Unhappy customer!Spencer P.

I picked the trailer up Thursday night loaded the dressers first and had about 1/2 the trailer full Friday morning I opened the trailer and it was leaking a stream of water on top of my wife's dresser and clothes I then drove back to the rental location had to unload the stuff in the rain and hook up to another trailer and reload that one the second trailer didn't leak and towed beautiful when we got to our location 3 days later we unloaded the trailer and the top of the dresser is delaminating the manager at that location Jamie Bouchard was very helpful the day I brought the leaking one back and was great today when I returned it very understanding she reimbursed me for the charges because of the way I was treated I will continue to use uhaul and recommend themDaniel F.
I used the contactless app and went up to side counter to retrieve the key. The cashier had no idea what I was doing, no intention of addressing me and didn't speak one word to me except "what" then throw the key at me after I really tried to get her attention. What should have been an easy interaction was incredibly rude and upsetting.Anna M.

First, the guy helping me had zero personality and very unfriendly. I sus all the online check un but had to redo it all again at the store so i am unsure why they even do a online check in. The truck and teailer were not ready to go, i had to go get thevtruck out of the lot of other trucks and drive it over to where the trailers were. No idea what trailer i was to take and the guy that was to help me never came out so another female employee helped me in the rain. Im not sure why i couldn't pick up the truck at the location i asked for. No excuse for that. I'm not even sure why im doing this survey, won't change anything and i already paid so, i don't see a discount coming ir any kind of compensation.William H.
I can't believe that the company is manipulating another $20 from customers. Is I don't use online to let who? Know that I dropped the truck off at night. Its a rip-off bc the intake won't know it's there till they come in in the morning anyway. Plus the process is the same for you either way. It just makes me rent less from you.SHARONL S.

I had a good experience with this location/team every time I've rented a vehicle with them. The staff is friendly, clear with instructions/information, and ready to help if needed. Could staff more people first thing in the morning (seems everyone likes an early start when moving) BUT I completely understand if that's difficult. No one wants to be up then. One of the staff said to me he didn't know how to reserve a room for me, and he use half of the time play his cell phone, and he gave me the wrong price. I paid extra 100 dollars and then I realized I over paid. Now I have to wait for the refund. Another staff, she cursed in front of me. She said: â€œI fucking hate this.â€ Her interrupted me when I was talking, and she picks up personal phone call when she try to help the guy reserve my room. I waited one hour for this and they make everybody in the room extremely uncomfortable. Terrible terrible experienceXuhong F.
