My only complaint is that the passenger side outside mirror was just swiveling in the wind. If I didn't have a passenger to manually reposition the mirror periodically it would have been of no use and impossible to see the right lane when changing lanes.Sean M.

I was not happy with the service, nothing was explained to me properly on the return of the truck once the place is closed! So I arrive at 7 pm place is closed I see workers inside I'm trying to ask what do I do with the key and truck: I'm outside for a good 10 minutes now: NOONE tried to even assist me left me outside, I went around the back door saw the guy that rented me the truck I said what do I do with the keys and truck he got in his truck and ignored me, I kept walking around not knowing what to do bc NOONE inside explain nothing to me about a drop box or if I go after it's closed how to go on the web, as I kept walking around the guy finally came to me I said what do I do? He said go uhaul.com and so as it says and then you drop the keys after! I said I wish you all would of told me the procedure instead of having me wonder around here on what to do ! Called 3 weeks ahead of time to reverse a truck .We did everything on line so I wouldn't have to go into the store. When I got there nothing was ready for me I had to go in the store wait in line do all the paper work.when it should have been ready for me.them to top it off I had to walk down the street to look like the third parking lot for the truck. And I am still waiting for the supervisor Jamie to call me back scene Wednesday the 3rd . Needless to say I am not happy with UHaul.Keith S.
