No key drop box even though the return instructions say to put the key in the drop box when returning the truck.

My reservation was for 11am. No one was there when I arrived. I later got to pick up because I called the emergency number and had also left messages. They had someone come in and rent the uhaul to me. I didnt check the inside and there was a loose dolly in there that I fear I will be charged for. I dropped off the uhaul and put the keys in the drop box. I can't say that I would for sure use this location after waiting outside for assistance, and then having to come back later to pick up the uhaul.

Maziyar S.Nothing! This was the best Uhaul location I've ever rented from. In the last 3 months I've had to rent a truck they were the friendliest and quickest location. The last relocation screwed up fast. But with the pre check in and top notch customer service, I was out the door in 5 mins!
