The drivers seat was falling apart, the guy at the counter both didn't speak a word of English and didn't know how to lease the Uhaul. He had to call his brother or cousin who do everything over the phone. He took all of the details of my card over the phone. Entirely unprofessional

There was a bit of a smell to the truck, maybe possibly from the person before that used it. Otherwise staff were incredibly nice and helpful.
