Pickup was easy and the truck was clean, which I appreciated. However, I was later charged for an additional miles that came from simply driving the truck from the pickup location to the loading location. These miles are an unavoidable part of a one-way rental, yet they were billed as extra. There was no office or staff available at the pickup location to discuss or clarify this charge beforehand.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI drive and pay the extra mileage just to use this location. Rose is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. She has helped me many times when plans changed and always has a great heart.
Julia SThis was the most horrible damn experience I have ever had with U-Haul. And I’ve used it for 40 years. Your location is horrible, your kiosk is atrocious, the battery died, and the process of picking one of these up in your non-human locations and dropping them off are fucking ridiculous. I would never recommend this. I think the kiosk non-human is a fucking horrible idea.
michael dStanding in the sun trying to use your phone sucks
