I would like to warn future customers to please close out your rental via the app. I promptly returned my rental approximately 6:07pm, my rental wasnt due until 6:30pm. I was told there was "nothing else I needed to do." They did not close out my rental until 10:01pm and promptly charged me an extra day. I only had the rental for 3.5 hours. Please proceed with caution at this location.
Dyamond MLocation was closed at the time of drop off. The place was convenient for me.

NASLIDE AThere was no drop off box, no instructions, and no indication that this was a U-Haul designated location except for one truck parked in the back. We could not find the dropbox and ended up not getting gas because we were running so late trying to find it, and they charged me $70 extra. On top of that, the location was littered with trash and sketchy as hell. Very mad, will not be recommending this to anyone.
