The process for getting my equipment was an absolute nightmare from the start. From being moved to 3 different locations, to getting to the last location 3 hours after I was suppose to start moving, only for them to not be there. Then sitting there for an hour and a half waiting for someone to show up so I can get my equipment. This location is extremely unprofessional and honestly shouldn’t even be a neighborhood dealer. Waiting an hour and a half for someone to decide to come to work that day was absolutely ridiculous. Then the person that did come to work clearly just woke up and was on the phone with who i’m assuming was the owner. Then smoking cigarettes and blowing it in my face??? Extremely unprofessional and that experience has made me consider never using U-Haul again.
