Uhaul insists everything be done on line. I was told they would help with the online paperwork I was asked the distance. I estimated in kilometres but the paperwork is estimate in miles. I was told I would receive the final receipt later the same day. It has been one week and I have not received the final paperwork, just multiple copies of the estimate. How long do I have to wait for the refund and final paperwork.
donna sHave the rental full of fuel instead of on empty-the online pre rental registration was a full waste of my time! At the site for 40 minutes out me late for my pick up appointment-I would not recommend U Haul to anyone
dave hMobile pick-up is horrible. This is my second time trying to use it without success. It wouldn't let me log into my account and when it finally did the order wasn't there. We ended up going into the store. We also selected no insurance at time of booking. The insurance was applied to the order at pick up. We caught it and declined.
