The gentlemen was very helpful, efficient and very kind. I would highly recommend them to rent to anyone looking for a quality truck and great customer service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe problem was more U-Haul not the location
KEN MIt took forever to get the key because the UHaul was not returned in the system before I came. Not only that, but one of the two additional items I rented out was not provided. The overall experience was slow and cumbersome. The app hardly works and you have to provide all the same information when picking up the van as you do to request it in the first place. Would not recommend
Aya BAll in all the experience was quite pleasant and hassle free. Dropping off the vehicle was simple. It was an easy process. The only issue I have is the charge for a one way trip. If you can find a way to lower the cost of a one way trip, that would be a game changer.
RENE MVehicle had garbage inside the cabin and leftover rice in the box. Although I'm familiar with U-Haul policies the proprietor didn't explain anything at check in and it felt like this whole thing was N inconvenience. When I returned the vehicle I asked for a broom to sweep out the box and was refused. I'll stick to a typical U-Haul rental centre.
