We returned a 6x12 trailer. The tongue weight is very heavy. There was one woman working at the business desk and when I asked if there was someone to help us lift the trailer off of our hitch, she said no. We had to flag down a passing stranger to help us lift the trailer off our truck. After we had it unloaded, the woman came outside and said she had called someone to come help & they would arrive soon. I told her we did not have time to wait for someone of hers to show up, that someone should have been available at the time we arrived to help us with the return.
