The Pickup location was fine and the employees were helpful. They need more training on the computer and U haul system. I needed a 2 day rental with pick and drop off at same location. Simple request I thought. Didn't happen. I received my Email and it only showed one day. I called customer service and she changed it to two days. I was able to complete all my moving in one day, so I was able to return the trailer a day early to where it was rented from. I was told that it could not be returned back at the same location because it was a rented as a "one-way rental" on the paperwork. The system would not let them receive it. I was confused because I asked to bring it back to same location when I rented it. It had been raining most of the day (about 2 inches) and I was instructed to take it across town to another dealer. When I arrived at the other location the dealer spoke very little English and the storage for the trailers were in the field across the street. I told him I would be unable to park the trailer in that location because I would get stuck. He insisted that they do it all the time and it was Ok. Sure enough I got stuck. After Forward and Reversing (Rocking) the truck several times, I was able to get out without calling a tow truck. Then I had to get out into ankle deep mud to help get the trailer off the hitch because he was unable to do it by himself. By this time my truck is muddy from inside and out. This is unacceptable and just bad business. It should be a requirement of U haul and their dealers to be able to pickup and drop off in any weather condition. Obviously there are no standards at U Haul or requirements of their dealers. Finally, Back in the office and he told me I was Late bringing back the trailer. I tried to explain that I had called the customer service when I realized it showed one day and had it changed to two days. His computer only showed one day and I was late and would have to pay extra. I left. U Haul has, by far, the worse customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Unbelievable.

In side of truck was soak and wet and smelled like bleach, ramp had mud and leaves all over it. I felt the lady working there was rude and not very professional, and needs to work on her people skills. I will not be using this location again and I will not recommend this location to anyone.

We were all pressed for time, I can't say it was a worst experience, but I can say that under the circumstances, it was ok. We were all pressed that day, and I appreciate that it was good for the most part (on all our parts it could've been a better experience, yet it wasn't altogether bad/disastrous)

The passanger side view mirror on the truck was loose and it would move out of place while driving. I had to stop multiple time to adjust it. Major safety issue.

Truck was broke when I picked it up. Called road side and was sent to two different locations to get it fixed. Neither could fixe it. Mechanic came to the house to fix it. He could not fix it. Eventually you towed it. It was a safety issue. I asked road side assistance operator if she would drive it and she said "personally she would."

Charged me $6 dollars more for gas. I put $32 in it before returning it and had it at the same level that I received it at. I even went by the gauge that is in your brochure for gas! The lady was rude and not helpful! Won’t use or recommend uhaul again!

Good experience with the rental and an absolute nightmare with movinghelp.com! I literally spent 5 hours on the phone, waitied and extra 3 hours for movers to arrive after the phone ordeals and charged hundreds of dollars extra! I also do not appreciate Uhaul misrepresenting Movinghelp.com as not their company! I want this to talk with whomever has the ability to refund the extra money we were charged due to your mistakes and unethical business practices!

person who made the registration was a bit rude and short on the phone. Was called shortly after we picked up the truck to see if we could possibly get the truck returned early because there was a scheduling conflict with someone else. Took the truck back 4 hours early but was offered nothing in return.

This comment doesn't pertain to the location. but rather the Uhaul equipment. We rented the 6x12 Utility trailer to move things into storage. It worked great with the exception of the SLIPPERY ramp! It was damp outside, and we took precaution but I would like to recommend some sort of gripping agent be put into place to prevent the slippery incline when moving furniture off of the trailer, Especially if an older person was using this trailer!! Thank you

Awesome experience here, and in the past with UHaul! Your customer service and staff were super helpful and accomodating. This was a very difficult move for our family, ran into several situations that delayed our move, from non stop rain, to our new place not being move in ready on time. Thank you UHaul for being so kind, understanding, and a source of relief for us during such a hectic time. Stellar customer service, a huge Thank You!!
