My first location was listed as 24 hour drop off and even had the orange box on the office, but the driveway was closed with a gate. The place was not clean or inviting. Called the help line and was redirected to another location. The fella was very polite and helpful. The location was clean and well organized.

The truck wasn’t at the location that I was told it would be and when I made it to pick it up no one was there and I needed a code to get the key out of the box, the code which I wasn’t given. I had to call three different times before someone finally took the time to assist me. There wasn’t a dolly in the truck.
kadran hThe guy essentially told us to just steal it. Did not check us in, said it wasn't his job, then left. I had to call Uhaul to finish the actual renting process
