The vehicle was not cleaned out as required, when I returned it I was asked to sweep it out and I did but when I picked it up it had not been swept. Also, I ordered a dolly online and there was no dolly in the truck. The office was closed that day but someone who worked there happened to be there and he said that a customer ordered all of the moving blankets and dollies and took them with them to California so they no longer have dollies at that location. But your website still allows people to order dollies, so we did all of the moving without it.
