As per instructions, called to find drop off location. 105 Cannon St . No one there closed didn't open until 9:00 Lot locked up and building under construction, Day 2 , my days schedule goes out the window. Called to get another drop off location. Other side of town and school and work traffic delays, I reach location. Not well marked. Told would be open, but was not and office locked. Call Uhaul again. Told to just leave it there. With no help and my physical condition recovering from Colon Cancer Surgery, I did manage to get it unhooked and jacked up and get on with my day and make excuses to the clients that were waiting on me again, another day shot. Again just send people tp Hertz or Penski.
