David KThe overall uhaul experience was horrible. I reserved a 15 ft. truck with an appliance dolly that was supposed to be picked up at one location near me, then I get an email saying that the reservation needed to be moved. Then, once I chose a new location it was confirmed that I was supposed to use the truckshare option. When I get to the location the app said my contract didn't "qualify" for the mobile rental option. Then, I find out that there was no appliance dolly for me, that I paid for. So my wife had to go and purchase a hand truck because we needed to move several appliances. No, I would not recommend uhaul to anyone. In the past, maybe but now, not a chance.
EDWARD HSince I am not from the area, it was very hard to find (especially after a long day of moving / driving). I had to call several times to get someone on the phone to provide turn by turn directions (Google Maps couldn't find it). Once there it was easy to drop off. The lady I spoke with was very friendly, accommodating, and receptive.
