Extremely difficult to pick up truck from this location. The keys and lock box are at 274 n cumberland. But the truck is 2 blocks down the street.

Jashan SThe person was unprofessional that took booking. Was rude on pick up
JAMES BI wasn't happy about not dealing with a real person. We were late getting started because we were delayed getting through the information in the app. Older people are not very tec savvy and it took forever to get through all the questions. If we were able to deal with a real person, we would not have wasted so much time. It took us an hour before we could even leave with our rental. Not very impressed!
