Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation for the drop off was in a general store person in charge of the U-Hauls. Was not very familiar with it. Needs more training
Timothy TWe turned the truck in on a Saturday morning. Lady that was handling the U-Haul stuff. I don't know if she wasn't trained well or didn't know how to operate the computer. Very good. She had to call somebody to get her to help with a trailer. I think it's more not being trained properly than anything
Timothy TEquipment was old and worn. When we returned the equipment at another location, they said the trailer was not connected correctly.
Ron GI called to push back the time on the morning of my appointment the lady told me it was fine no one else had a reservation to rent the trailer I reserved and to come around 4. I showed up and she canceled the reservation and never moved the time back. Luckily I was able to just set up a new reservation. But if I would have drove an hour to pick this up and been unable I would have been ticked. 0 stars for this employee’s help.
