The representative changed my reservation without my consent, increasing the price from the original quote and providing inaccurate information. When I returned the truck and called to address the issue, the representative was unprofessional, yelling at me and abruptly ending the call. I had to escalate the matter to corporate, who ultimately resolved the situation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

The app was very difficult to use and did not allow me to choose my drop-off location. Driver's side rear marker light did not shut off.
