Location was convenient, U-Haul has a few locations near me which is a big plus. This particular Shell drop off location did not have a working phone so no way to contact. The hours of operation listed on line were not correct which is also an issue for anyone using this location, especially considering there is no way to contact them to confirm hours. Also l was contacted by U-Haul to confirm l dropped off as they had no confirmation from drop off location. I dropped off early so l was surprised to get the confirmation call over a day later but l would imagine it has something to do with this location not having a working phone.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck was dispatched incorrectly as an in-town despite being booked at a one-way. Clerk did not know what she was doing whatsoever. Created a MASSIVE headache for us. 7 extra hours of driving, 5 hours of phone calls, transfers, being hung up on.

Jose POver charged me and did not explain that if you drop off at a different location or is totally different for pricing. Very unsatisfied and had to call Uhaul customer service to complain.
Carla DThe trailer had a bolt on it not allowing the hitch to go on the ball. I had no tools to remove it. I asked the person in the store for a pair of plyers. She had nine and sent me to a pizza pizza who couldn’t help. He told next go to garage next door but no one was there. No customer service at all. U-Haul needs to re-evaluate who they allow as their representative. All they care about is running their convience stores. I originally ordered a truck from a different location, U-Haul changed the pick to a different location 35 kms away. As we drove by the original location there was a teuck that sat in their lot all day
