The clerk serving me frequently stopped serving me to serve other customers. There was at least one other person on the premises as the clerk consulted that person but they did not help her with customers. I was required to hand over my credit card to the clerk to pay the bill but not permitted to see the card being used. My alternative was to "call U-haul" which was an unreasonable suggestion. It is completely unacceptable that the customer cannot watch their credit card being used to pay the bill.

CRAIG MI was charged almost $4000 dollars for going 8 miles. Completely unacceptable business practices.
Jeffrey CDidn’t interact with anyone- so just said yes did the online check in to return. Overall not a bad process.
David bThe brakes on the truck were very bad, it was an American truck so in miles, I didn't notice immediately and wasn't told. Truck wasn't at our location, pick up time was mixed up, then truck didn't show up, had to taxi to another town, was given wrong address and had to go to another location took us 3.5 hours to get the truck. Every customer that came in was served while we had to wait to sort everything out. In the end supervisor did comp the taxis. But was a very difficult day
