I specifically said prior to renting that I did not want the rental put on this charge card, I returned the van 21/2 hrs later and without my consent it was put on that card. When I said something it was a snide remark of being my fault. And the mgr was super irritated when I said to back it out. Also that I'd get a confirmation of it nothing so far. They clearly don't like white people at this location!

I was not told the truck was a one way vehicle online when getting the truck, I was told at the time of pick up that I would not be able to drop off at a different location and I was told there were no trucks available to drop off at other locations therefore I had to pay for the miles back. I think this should have been established online because I would not have gotten this truck if I would have known.

The after-hours return-verification application either does not work or is so unclear that I could not tell if I had actually verified the return. I had to call customer support for assistance. Another customer happened to be returning a truck at the same time--he was equally frustrated. This has nothing to do with this location--the folks here are quite good.

Although the service I got was outstanding, the fact that I couldn't get a truck closer to home was disappointing. I spent more money than I should have. Also, the young woman was working alone and the location was very busy. She did do a very good job moving things along. She should have had help.

There were many damaged areas on the truck including a completely missing head light. The rear bumper was damaged and an "x" sticker in place but I was still accused of the damage and had to prove it was like that when I picked up the truck. I also had to drive passed several other locations to get this truck, why couldn't it be available at a closer to me location.

One get a computer that works so you can process requests. Please limit employee smoking so at least one associate is in the store at all times so customers don't wait alone. Also if an employee is in training make sure the person training them is not outside smoking. When a customer returns with the vehicle please inspect it with them. Don't tell them to just leave the keys and I'll email you later. Also there is a mask mandate in Ohio. Please have your representatives wear them. Overall horrible experience. Will not return.
