No key inside when I picked up It delayed my schedule 2hours and yet no apologies from the owner. Keeps excusing and blaming customer. Poorly organized. No professionalism.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMet all my needs, very helpful and friendly service. Thank you guys.
Kito LI had a great experience with U-Haul. The staff member who helped me was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. I didn’t have a reservation, and since September 29th was the end of the month, I knew it was an especially busy time for truck rentals. Despite how busy they were, he still took the time to help me find a truck and made sure everything worked out. I really appreciate his effort and excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. Thank you for making a stressful moving day much easier!
