We booked a UHaul for 4 hours. We were late by 35- 40 minutes. We apologized and agreed to the late fee and overall understand that we are at fault here, no arguing that. The owner however commented it might be okay in your country to disrespect time but it isn't okay over here. (We are visibly immigrants) This comment was extremely unnecessary and affected my partner deeply. Overall a very bad experience.
