The storage place is fine. U-Haul is not. I was supposed to hear back this week and have not.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe process was a disaster!! It was a one hour delay of glitches and dropped calls. I followed the prompts correctly only to be notified to seek assistance 12 times! I will say, the 7 different agents I spoke with in customer service were very professional, patient and were genuinely trying to guide me through this troubled process. It’s because of them I’d be a return customer to U-Haul.

Nadine ELocation picking was fine but your U-Haul app slow, unmessarialy repetitive (contact info), and dysfunctional in the extreme ( upload pre rental photos just did not function well and delayed me an hour and had to call support to complete the start of the rental. 2 out of 20’this eeek while last weeks rental start process was fast and easy aug 2nd by comparison but inwas charged double. Called in to fix it but this was a surprise and a hassle. Total customer experience over 2 rentals in one weeks was a four out of ten;
ROBERT RI really dislike the online platform for picking the truck up. I didn’t not check for online pickup and there was no individual at the location to help. So I sat around waiting for someone to arrive to help me which wasted my time.
