The manager was not there, the reservation was made and the key wasn’t even on the padlock. For returning they charged us almost $10 and nobody was able to explain to me why if I only used the truck for 30 minutes.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was dirty and had an extremely pungent smell, with cigarettes and other bad odors. It was like being in a dirty public restroom. My clothes and other items need to be fully washed and disinfected. I did not even move my belongings.
Tyrone WThe gentleman did not really speak english so couldn't close out reservation right then because he was having some difficulties in doing it he had to get help and her stated that she would take care of it. Could use better ways to effectively communicate better
