Staff had no idea how to give customer the keys to the truck. I had to call uhaul and find out what I do next. Super frustrating.

I'm not sure why U-Haul has this business model of allowing random small businesses to rent trucks and tow dollies to customers, but it's terribly setup and run. The fact that I was promised a level of service at the U-Haul store when making the reservation and then not given that by the not U-Haul stores is frustrating and on U-Haul alone. They claim to be making it easy, but it's not easier when my reservation is changed to hours after I originally made it because that's the hours the store is open and then when I show up, nothing is ready to go. Nobody explained how anything worked and I really have to reconsider ever using U-Haul in the future if this business model continues.
