Overall poor service on both ends was overcharged for fuel when I returned with the level higher than requested truck was not clean and I was charged a cleaning fee.. the biggest problem was pickup location did not enter the correct drop location I had to drive an hour back to drop unit then pay 350 cad to get to where I requested to drop unit. I want to be reimbursed the 350 cad and the fuel surcharge of close to 100 usd

MARTIN HI fell truck was placed in the mud absolutely horrible experience
Ramon LI had an issue with being charge for safemove when I didn’t add anything I clicked no to everything. I ended up not using the truck at all only drove it 20 miles. Then I went to fill up the tank and it started dumping gas from under the truck so I couldn’t put fuel in it. I cleaned out the truck completely but they charged me $300 for a cleaning fee? I don’t understand I’ve never had these issues before.
