Operator of location was super helpful. Available smaller trucks were limited due to holiday or I would have never known the location was open. Highly recommend.
YAVONN SIt was the most complicated stressful rental I’ve ever done. The staff did not have a clue what they was doing. They overcharged me. It took two days to rent the equipment. They took it out of my account two times double charged me. Then when I returned it, they added on a whole bunch of more charges that came to $104 over the amount. After they took the $67 out of my account two times. It is still in a pending process and I have not got my refund back. Then when I question them about what was going on, they got a major attitude with me and pretty much threatened me. All I was was a customer trying to get the services that I paid for twice then was overcharged on top of that.. I will never ever rent anything from that location again.!
