This was the third location I've used that offered moving blankets online but none at the location but still get charged for using them because "we can't offer refunds as only corporate can." They don't hook up the trailer and tell you to go find it and do it yourself.

JOHN PAnthony called to confirm schedule and since we were early we, he was able to pickup our equipment the day before. We had a little mix up with the number of pads but Anthony worked with me and cleared the mix up with issues.
