Mr. Jennings was awesome during the checkout process. I would highly recommend this location which more U-Haul locations were like it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI originally booked a 10' truck in Oxford, MS. I went in 2 days early to do the paperwork and found out that you did not have and were not going to get any 10' trucks. Also I was told that there were none of these truck available in north Mississippi. I was then told that 100% does not mean 100% to U-Haul. I was able to get a 6X12' trailer, but had to drive an hour away to get it. Jennings was wonderful to work with but U-Haul promising me something then not having it was very poor. If I move again I doubt I will use U-Haul. I am sure not going to recommend your organization to anyone.
