No I always supposed to have 90 miles and now they are charging me for 117 miles that I didn’t use. This is fraud. I am pissed

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExtremely nice customer service and will return if I ever need a U-Haul again
Leanne SThe inside of the truck was clean. But since the trucks are parked under a tree the windshield was covered in tree debris. We couldn’t see anything and the washer fluid was out.
Cora PHave somebody there who actually knows what they are doing and prioritizes the customer that came first, not the customer they can help immediately. I was asked to come back monday because they had no idea what they were doing. I was not able to pick up the trailer at my designated arrival time. Instead it took almost an hour just to get back out of the door. Not to mention there was nobody there to hook the trailer up either. Worst experience at uhaul I have EVER had. It makes me honestly reconsider which moving company I will use next time I need a trailer or truck.
Roger UUhaul has always been a great experience. Thank you for having what we need when we need them.
