I tried to use the mobile app so I could pick the truck up early but after an hour and 1/2 with not getting it to work successfully and working with the online agent, I still had to go in and wait for them to open to assist with the rental. I love the concept of the app but it doesn't seem to be up to speed for regular use as of yet.

The location was in a rural area, with spotty internet service. The location was not manned by a live person on a Sunday. Therefore, I had to call for assistance with the online self-check-in process. However, the U-Haul representative patiently assisted me thru the process. I was able to successfully process the truck and trailer back in, lock the vehicle and trailer, and drop the keys off.
