I wish I could’ve seen someone in person. The location look a lil shaky, but it was easy and very accessible, being that it’s my first time. I would use them again. Prince was very helpful when I called. Thanks!!!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery stressful situation that both pick up and drop off location helped ease the stress....Thanks!!!
joseph kThe entire experience there was professional and quick. The man was incredibly helpful. I would recommend this place. Thank you
Stacy PThe pickup location was not a professional location. It was out of someone’s yard and it was completely unattended. There was garbage and beer cans around the yard where the pickup area was. The pickup and check in process was difficult particularly because of the lack of cell service and WiFi connectivity in the area. There was a person who drove up at one point who wasn’t affiliated with the business who was no help at all but the person running the business was nowhere to be found. It took us 2 full hours to complete the check in and pick up process. Very unhappy to say the least. I was told when I called the U-Haul customer service line that a manager would be contacting me regarding this matter but no word and that was the day we picked up the truck which was Sunday the 24th and it is now Friday.
Daniel FNot a very clear location, nobody available at 4pm with the hours stating open till 7
