There was no gas in the truck. One of the tires was low and it showed on the dashboard. There was absolutely no one on site at the location to speak with about it.

It is a bit complicated picking up where you can’t speak with somebody in person it makes it difficult to get pick up take longer the dolly I purchased was not in truck and we had to go to a different location they credit you but the helper I had needed to be somewhere at a certain time but I had to leave dolly with truck instead of dropping it off on old national highway other than that it was great

JAMAL FThere were flip flops left in the truck and a dolly- it was relatively clean but not swept out nicely. Also the gas was very low the less than a quarter of a tank so we had to gas it up pretty quickly. I need an adjustment on the mileage and to remove the safe drive option $15 for Sunday- we turned it in around 7:30-815 pm so it was parked and we did not use it from Sunday evening to today of course. I am checking on the mileage
Sheronna HHorrible customer experience. The website would not work for us to get the truck. We went inside for help and was told they closed that part at 2pm. We called customer service and was delayed 2 hours.
