The gentleman that helped me drop off the U-Haul was helpful and respectful. I was on the highway and he was standing there waiting and guiding me in. I appreciate that small gesture because it reassured me that I was in the right location. The drop off process with him was very quick and straight to the point (I’m sure he could tell I was exhausted). U-Haul does a great job hiring.
