App told me to drop off at 232 Patrick Ave., Urbana Oh. An attendant, luckily, caught me and told me the real drop off is behind Tree's drive thru. It wasnn't evident where key drop off box was; had to hunt for it.

Dwight S.This is the 4th time we've rented this location. 3 times we rented trucks & this time we rented an appliance dolly. We returned the dolly on the 29th, the day after we rented it. Yesterday & today we received phone calls that we didn't return it. All kinds of questions were asked, who was the employee, what time, etc. Yesterday I was told it would be taken care but today I was told they'd have to check her cameras. Once might not be too bad, but this happened the last time we rented a truck too. I don't know if it's the computer system or the staff at this location but I don't think we'll go back. I'd rather pay more & rent from a company that doesn't accuse people of stealing their equipment.
