The building is behind a strip mall with no signage and the wrong address. The lock box is hidden by a trailer parked all the way against the lock box, which is not a U haul trailer. There was no other U haul trucks or trailers there. Phone number for drop off location , shows mailbox is not set up. Recommend a new location. Put more signage up.
Mark LCouldn’t find anyone at the location, address is in correct , took 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Made me Kate for movers.Drop off was great at Gainesville Location
Sara PWas overcharged on the return dropped the truck off Sunday at 10:03 AM drop off location. Tried to say that I did not drop it off until Monday at lunch filed a report through U-Haul, letting them know that the overcharge is fraudulent
DALE HTruck was on empty (was worried I wouldn’t make it to the gas station). Truck interior was clean but the container was nasty. It was my first time doing everything over a cell phone so I missed the personal service like in the past. In any case it’s probably an age thing with me. I’m glad I had a younger person with me because I figured I would just return the truck and leave the key in the Dropbox. Luckily he said I had to upload photos and return it online. I would have never guessed it was that much trouble but it worked out. Thanks
