While we had no problem with this location, the overall experience with uhaul was very disappointing to say the least. I reserved 2 dolly's and 6 blankets to pick up at my local Nashville ga store. They could not locate my reservation and they did not have my items in stock for my reservation. We had to drive 40 minutes away to a different location to pick up our reserved items. Then we were charged twice for the same items. Uhaul did give us a credit, but it was a terrible experience altogether. I cannot say I would recommend uhaul for dolly reservations in my small town. What is the purpose of a reservation if the items are not there?(uhaul even called to confirm items were there but they were not when I arrived). Very disappointed customer. Nicole McMillan

The vehicle was disgusting, sand everywhere, smelled like a wet camel. Did not do a vehicle walk around or provide and proof of service maintenance for the vehicle. Did not have the requested supply of blankets.

I was sent to this location as a result of my reservation not being honored at TMR auto sales. After speaking customer service and having to take two lyft trips instead of the one trip planned on my limited funds. in addition to that I had a hour delay in the cold trying to picking up the truck bc of complications with the app and the store being close despite it stating its open at 10am on Saturday online via Google and uhaul site. I was able to get a uhaul truck to move my furniture. The csr also processed my $50 reservation guarantee WHICH WAS NOT SHOWN ON MY FINAL RECEIPT issued via email. I am still waiting my $ 50 dollar credit for this horrible inconvenient experience.

my 10 foot rental was not returned by previous renter. The service rep worked with me to get a 15 foot. Would have been nice if uhaul would have only charged me for a 10 foot since it wasn't available even when i had a previous reservation for it.

These people do not seem to know what they are doing. They did not give me any rental documentation when I rented the truck. They said that they would email it to me. They didn't! I rented the truck online. When I got to the original rental location, they did not have any trucks. I had to call and customer service person redirected me to the Carter location. It took 30 minutes to get a truck and it wasn't even the truck that I wanted. But most of all, the customer service rep with your company said that they would give me a $50.00 discount when they re-booked the truck, but I haven't seen that discount. It surly wasn't on my final receipt. Don't tell someone you are going to do something and then don't do it. I rent a truck about every 6 weeks but there are other options for me to take.

My experience started out very frustrating due to misinformation from a worker (Danny). He stated that Uhaul would give me a call to let me know the pick up location for my Uhaul. I waited all morning for a call and after some time decided to call for another Uhaul since I hadn't heard from him. I just so happen to call the place that my Uhaul was located at only to find out they were waiting for me to come pick it up. How was I supposed to know where to pick it up at and that I was supposed to come when I was informed that I would receive a call. After this was situated my experience was fine.
