A U-Haul location that, except for seeing a single truck and a single trailer in a vacant lot, is not identifiable, is problematic. Then, the location was supposed to open at noon, but I had to stand around for over 1.5 hours waiting for the operator to show up. Then, the only email I received from the location was a notice of my "scheduled return" location! All in all, it was not an operation up to what I assume are "up to 'U-Haul' standards."
Robert CWhen I dropped the trailer off, the person that checks-in the equipment had gone to lunch. I was told to leave the trailer and he would inspect it when he returned and that I would receive an email once the equipment was checked-in.It all happened as described.
