I was charged for fuel on my final invoice but should not have been charged. I left more gas in the truck than it was when I rented it. I left 1/2 tank in it and didn't quite have a 1/2 when I picked it up.

Gas tank was reported full, but it was at one fourth of a tank.
Ric PI had no trouble connecting and disconnecting the trailer and it got the job done. I'm glad to have a uhaul spot close by.
Emma VThis whole rental was a bit of a nightmare. My truck had broken down 200 miles from home. The only way to get it home was to rent a truck and trailer. I had to go 40 miles by Uber to pick up the truck. I called the day before and told them I would be there by 4PM. When i got there they were closed. It took four phone calls to U haul before I got someone to explain that I had to go to download the U haul app to unlock the box to get the key. Then I had to go another 40 miles to get the trailer. They closed at 7 and I barley made it there in time. Then I had to go back 70 miles to get my truck. The truck was 26 feet long and the trailer was at least 18. It was a nightmare driving thru Atlanta. I got home around 1:30 AM.. It was a very stressful situation.
